1. Property Listing Subscription Packages (Non-Refundable)

Our property listing subscription packages are digital services. Once purchased, they provide immediate access to premium features such as property posting, promotion, and visibility on our platform.

Refund Policy:

  • All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Once access is granted, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or credits, regardless of whether the service is fully used.

  • This applies to all subscription durations (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Reasoning:
This aligns with industry standards, as digital services are considered consumed upon access. Once a user has access to the platform, the service is delivered in full.

User Responsibility:
Before purchasing, users are encouraged to carefully review the subscription details, features, and pricing.

2. Physical Products (Home Décor, Furniture, etc.)

Eligibility for Return/Refund:
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The incorrect product was delivered.

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the digital file is delivered.

Reasoning:
Digital content is considered used upon download or access, making it non-returnable. This policy prevents misuse such as downloading content and then requesting a refund.

User Responsibility:
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

4. Property-Related Deals (Buying, Selling, Renting)

Policy:

  • Refunds or returns for property-related transactions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
