Refund and Returns Policy

1. Property Listing Subscription Packages (Non-Refundable)

• Nature of Service: Our subscription packages for property listings are digital services that grant immediate access to our platform’s features.​
• Refund Policy: All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or credits.​
• Reasoning: This policy aligns with industry standards, as digital services are considered consumed upon access .​

2. Physical Products (Home Décor, Furniture, etc.)

• Eligibility for Return/Refund:
  • Incorrect product delivered.​
  • Product received is damaged or defective.​
  • Product differs significantly from its description.​
• Conditions:
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.​
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.​
  • Items with broken seals or that have been used are non-returnable.​
  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.​
• Process:
  • Contact our customer service with order details and evidence (e.g., photos) of the issue.​
  • Upon approval, we will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions.​
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.​

3. Digital Products (Home Design PDFs, Room Planning Tools, etc.)

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital goods once the order is confirmed and the product is sent .
• Reasoning: Digital products are deemed “used” upon download or access, making them non-returnable .​

4. Property-Related Deals (Buying, Selling, Renting)

• Policy:
  • Refunds or returns for property transactions are handled on a case-by-case basis.​
  • Clients must visit our office or contact us directly to discuss any concerns.​
  • All agreements and transactions are subject to the terms outlined in the respective contracts.​
